The expiration date of any given product varies depending on the shipment. Generally speaking, expiration dates on Perfect Brand supplements range from 1 1/2 years to 3 years.

Are there any risk associated with taken Resveratrol?

Resveratrol has been scientifically studied with no known risks, but the studies on humans has not completed. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have any pre-existing medical conditions you should consult your physician prior to using. It is not recommended for children.

Can I get enought Resveratrol from drinking a lot of Wine?

The average amount of Resveratrol in one glass (5oz) of Red Wine is 0.285mg, one serving of Perfect ResGrape has 200mg of Trans-Resveratrol. That is an equivalent of 700 glass of wine per day.

Resveratrol for weight loss?

Unfortunately there are a number of Resveratrol sites out there making outrageous claims about weight loss. None of this is true and we want to be honest about that right up front. Resveratol is not a diet pill. Resveratrol has been found to increase endurance and stamina by strengthening the mitochondria found in the muscle cells. In a 2007 study, published in the journal Cell, revealed that resveratrol doubled the mice’s endurance, and it also increased their metabolic rate. The mice were able to burn significantly more calories, thereby avoiding weight gain.
